What a disappointment and what an inconvenience!

Pity I am stuck with a 36 months contract of regret with these guys. After joining and taking a service plan, I took my car in for service for the first time having paid all premiums upon joining each month. What a disappointment and what an inconvenience. Out of the R4k that was quoted by the service provider, MVIA Insure decided they will only pay R700. IMAGINE! What is the purpose of having an service plan when you are going to be inconvenienced like this? I am so disappointed and really wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. I'm sure there are better plans out there. Please stay away.
