Well today was my first time since I became a member, that i needed assistance with booking my vehicle for its yearly service. And I must say , it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. I spent almost my hole morning and afternoon just to get the correct info , and the app is also not very easy , eventually I some how got it right by myself by pure luck.
