Very bad service

I am very disgusted in the service I received after paying for more than a years premiums and only claimed for 1 service. The full amount charged wasn't even paid and I had to pay the difference to get my vehicle. After paying more than R8000 in premiums and also had to pay a R1000 cancellation fee. Please let nobody be caught by their lies as they say that the vehicle can only be serviced at a bosch service centre and they give certain procedures that must be followed only to realize that it is all lies. Bosch doesn't do any business with this company as they don't get paid for services rendered. The total amount for the service was R2434.00 and they only paid about R1751 and my co-payment was about R383.
