VERY BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

It would help if you could actually provide a service for what you we pay for. I took my car to the service shop at 7:30am, it's already 16:23pm and you still have not sent an authorisation letter. What is the turn around time? Do we need to couple days from our annual leave just to leave the car at the service shop to wait for you to authorise the service. Terrible service
