VERY BAD SERVICE
Besides myself many other customers report having their claims unfairly rejected, often citing policy exclusions. consultants giving conflicting information, and a general lack of empathy during stressful situations. How can my premiums be good enough to pay for years, but my claims rejected for technicality of wording. MVIA GIVES OLD MUTUAL A BAD NAME.

More that 16 complaints on Hello Peter just for the month of October, well the month is not really finished yet, this is besides the Facebook complaints. I'm sure by the end of October, more unhappy MVIA customers would have complained. DEFINATELY SOMETHING WRONG HERE WITH MVIA. LEGAL ****MING.
