USELESS AND DISHONEST

I infact don’t want to give this useless insurance any star. They don’t deserve any star but a -0. Please no one must insure or have an extended motor warranty with this people. They are not honest nor will they pay any claim. They look for excuses not to pay a claim. They repudiated 2 of my claims meanwhile the dealer recommended and explained that it was not wear and tear but mechanical fault. What is the reason we are taking up extended warranty? For such unfortunate incidents. When I wrote to request my premiums back at least because they pay for nothing. They did not even acknowledged my e mail. They are so unprofessional, rude and unhelpful!! Please don’t use MVIA PLEASE! For peace of mind. When I send an e mail to cancel the insurance, I still had to call them to acknowledge the e mail after a week that I sent the e mail. They are so useless!!! Why I must I write a letter to cancel l? When I took up the insurance, it was done telephonically. What is the reason I can’t cancel telephonically?
