Unreliable
I have a motor warranty with them and I claimed they came up with stories but no supporting evidence abd only paid half the claim, I escalated the issue but didn't get a response for months and only got feedback 3 weeks later. The resolutions department claimed that they conducted an investigation but based on the documents they attached on email it is quite evident that no investigation was conducted.
