Unhappy with mvia

I have a warranty with mvia and the policy claims to pay for R15 000 on a transmission which Suzuki is charging me R15 250 MVIA sends me a email to say that the claim was approved for R2 200 and the repairer is charging me R15 250 for the repair. I phoned MVIA and the lady told me that it was the amount that the policy covers. She then put me on hold and later she cut the call.

I called again and spoke to them again and was told that it was preventative measures which it is not because the gears was damaged.

This company is a **** and don't honor their warranties and warranty amounts.
