Unhappy customer , nonsense insurance they are unreliable

I’m not happy with the insurance because I tried to claim and wrote an email to them , it’s been 2 weeks I never got a rep**** from them . When I try to call their line they put me on hold for +- 30 min till my airtime deplete and as we speak now my car is at the workshop the mvia people told the workshop to do stripping and quote which I paid from my own pocket after everything they said they want dekra report which is something when I app**** for the insurance at the first place they never told me about . Now I’m Going for a third week without an email reply from the insurance stating if they gonna cover me or what .
