Keep your distance from MVIA Insure Mvia is so dissapionting, signed up for a service plan when it time to take my car for service I’m being given a run around with a pathetic unprofessional service.

I signed up for a premium package meaning i can take my car to the dealer or any RMI , now i being told claim not approved, I first took it to the dealer and the shortfall was to much for me so i took it to RMI and the quotation was more than R5.the insurance package was more than times that amount I paid but now they can't even pay for a intercooler on my Ford Ranger. PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF ON FRUSTRATION IN NOT TAKING OUT A WARRANTY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY !VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE! Poor service.
