Unfair treatment, the worst service ever.

I have never been treated so badly by any company in my 60 years of life. I was promised that this so call MVIA will provide the funds in the amount of +/- R7000.00 for the repairs of my car, based on loyalty and good record. Now I have sent numerous emails for the company to approve and give confirmation to no avail. To say it's disappointing, it's and understatement. I pray for the one who is blocking this process to approve, for her day to come. It is frustrating.
