Tyre and Rim

I lodged a claim with MVIA Insure for my Tyre and Rim. MVIA Insure only addressed my claim for tyre and paid out. The rim claim was never address. The tyre and rim claim was lodged at same time however MVIA Insure decided to ignore the rim claim. I lodged a disputes with them regarding the rim claim. The whole month passed waiting for their feedback. MVIA Insure level of service is very poor. I have cancelled the policy with them. I would not recommend anyone to use MVIA Insure
