Transmission coolant valve

Very disappointed with the service I received earlier today . The policy shared with me when I joined indicated that my gearbox was covered. However, when I submitted a claim, I was informed that not all gearbox components are included in the cover. This was never made clear to me beforehand and feels misleading. Based on my experience, I am unhappy with the way my claim was handled and would not recommend this service to others.
