TOTAL *******, MORE OF A HEADACHE THAN ACTUAL HELP....
This business is more of a rip-off than insurance. I can not understand how is it possible that I have to pay R5k for towing and the insurance only pays R1500 for towing less than 100kms from Ngcobo to Mtata ( where the vehicle is going). Your choice of towing companies is ripping us off.

06 Dec 2022, 15:51I never signed up for this, I was transferred by apex to this company and it's the worst thing to ever happen to me. Their service sucks, unprofessional. I called earlier to report that my car has a mechanical breakdown, they asked where I was and where do I want the car to be towed, I told them, and thas less than 100 km from where I was and it was a remote area. I later then received a text that I have to pay an additional R4800, the text does not have any punctuation, no capital letters, just plain text that seemed to be coming from a *******. I then call the landline, I ask them if I am being ****med or not. The lady said I should calm down she will explain, and she explained that I am only covered for R1500 rand which sounded ridiculous. and they said if I organise my own i won't get any reimbur*****t. this is the worst thing i have ever heard. your service is pathetic and u r ripping people off. I have not even lodged the actual claim, judging by this service, i am not convinced.

I got told that if I organise my own tow truck, I will not get the R1500 for towing which is ridiculous, and that tells me that it's either Mvia insure is in bed with the tow truck or its their friends tow truck, koz seemingly its the only tow truck available according to them.. Yet I pay monthly to receive below par service, they did not even bother to call Meyers Umtata to notify them of my breakdown... . If this insurance company is giving me problems to tow a vehicle... I never had this problem with Apex before when it was using talksure or whatever. Unacceptable.
