My son bought his first car and was not sure of the T&C's so the person at Outsurance called myself and my son together to discuss the policy and explained to him whatever was not understood by him. the process of obtaining insurance via Outsurance was quick and simple, professional service was given considering it was my son's first car and needed assistance whilst by at work during the call.
