tires for life replacement cover does not cover wheel alignment and valves (essential components for tire replace ment ). Yet, they do not mention it anywhere in their policy document they say one must assume since they do not mention it, then conclusion is that it is not covered. Their warranty policy is unreasonable, I claimed for water pump which was leaking and they said they will only replace the water pump the coolant that was inside the old water pump is not covered. So one has to pay out of own pocket for the replacement of something that would have not been replaced if the water pump was not replaced even the tooth belt is at own pocket. Then when one asks for clarity you told to check the policy it’s like you not talking with human beings just mechanics.
