There's too many hoops to jump through unlike when the company called me to sell me the warranty plan,I have been without my vehicle for 5 days now and it's still not sorted,I really thought that by taking this warranty I would have peace of mind but the process is really tedious and kind of frustrating,a claim form I can understand but the uploading of pics on your site is virtually impossible as it only allows 1-2 mb files of which a single pic is a bigger file,also if the mechanic is slow then I suffer,you guys should have dedicated auto repair shops like with the tire insurance which I also have with you guys,it was simple and quick,took my car in did the inspection,report sent ,claim rewarded but now i'm not a happy customer, partly my fault😔
