There’s a fantastic lady, Ziyanda, who goes all out for customers, she’s hyper brilliant and her service is honestly the only reason for the stars. If I could rate her service individually I’d give her a 10 star. The company on the other hand is a different story, they thrive of finding loop holes and hiding behind policies that they can’t answer. I’ve been waiting for a call back from one of the managers for almost a month, which I want to say such a call will never happen. I’ve requested the “recorded calls” on their dispute email, till this there no feedback has been given.
