The Worst Mechanical Warranty you can ever take. Motovaps!!!

The worst company to take aftermarket warranty with. Refused to help with towing when my car had a mechanical fault since I didn't notice it on the roadside. When I submitted my claim, there was no communication from their end, I had to call in everyday to find out what else they needed. There was a constant back & forth (delaying tactics from their end) looking for a way to reject my claim. They would only respond towards the close of business day all the time meaning I'd get further assistance the next day & I would have to call them to let them know that the information they required is in their inbox. They are now trying to reject my claim based in wording that's in the policy stating that they don't cover "leaks" but I don't understand what's supposed to happen when a part that has oil or water around it breaks & the contents of it spill which then causes a leak. The turbo turbine failed/broke which them meant oil entered the turbo through that part failure, but they wanna make it seem like oil leaked into the turbo, then caused the part failure which isn't the case. This isn't the first claim that they've given me the run around. This is my second policy with them, the first policy they fixed a coolant pipe that was leaking after it broke. New policy they refused /rejected the same issue (coolant leak) on the new car stating that they don't cover leak. The worst aftermarket warranty to ever have. If I knew what I knew before I took it, I would have opted for something else.
