Terrible service

Terrible service They don't reply to email or phone queries - their way of handling a problem is by simply ignoring you. Sold the policy to me under wrong pretenses and the first claim I have they refuse to pay. I have sent about 4 email queries after the claim refusal, as well as requested feedback telephonically twice, with absolute no response from the company. I would not recommend MVI Insure to anyone!
