Terrible service

Pathetic service, don’t be fooled. Took a service plan with the company and they paid for my service the first time, I guess they were luring me as a first time claimant and rejected my claim the second time due to having accumulated 75000kilometres earlier than the stipulated 12 months stating that my driving patterns have changed. Was told to upgrade my contract and pay a higher premium whilst reducing my repayment period before they could pay for the next service. They’ll try find any loophole not to pay out and use it as a discrepancy on your end.
