Substandard customer service

It honestly is not only frustrating but also so upsetting at how poor the customer services at MVIA is . A car was taken to the repair centre and as per the warranty which is ( a guarantee issued by a seller to a buyer that a product will meet certain specifications) The seller has failed to meet these certain specifications since the car has been at the repair centre for 14 days . The customer has tried calling multiple times yet no action has been taken thus the only way forward is for the customer to cancel their warranty , we will as insure that other future customers are informed about such substandard services that your insurance company offers . An absolute **** !
