Still no refund

I enquired on a policy with motor vantage on the 25 July. The sales consultant said we should conclude a sale and if I get a cheaper qouote I can call in to cancel. I called on the 11th August to cancel and received cancellation confirmation. To my surprise I got debited on the 25th August. Motor vantage refuses to refund me. I was told they do not refund on monthly products. How was I even debited on a cancelled policy. I called in to enquire and their consultant informed me that management will look into my query, a month later I still haven’t heard anything from this ***** of a company. Motor vantage does not care about treating customer fairly, all they do is to enrich their pocket. Do not take any products with this insurer, they are **********
