STAY AWAY FROM MVIA
Been religiously paying these guys monthly without fail for almost 3 years now, my gearbox packed up and need a replacement which costs R26,500 including labour, the wording in the warranty cover document clearly specifies cover for R20,000.
Im happy to pay the R6,500 balance as i understand it is over and above the cover amount.
My claim was approved offering a ridiculous R5000 ????????????????
This after sending all required documentation and quotes etc.
I am currently without a vehicle and these guys are just making life way more complicated than what they promissing.
