***********, SHOCKING SERVICE AND ************ !

At the end of May my vehicle went in for it's annual B service (12 months - oil and filters etc. no additional parts), even though it had not covered the suggested annual mileage. I had to fight to get MVIA to cover the costs. Eventually 2 x separate payments were authorised, however this still left me with a shortfall which I had to settle. On 13 June I sent an email to have both my policies with MVIA cancelled. Today, after waiting for 14 days for Client Services or anyone else to get back to me with regards to my POLICY CANCELLATION request, I decided to try my luck and wait in the automated queue again for an advisor to assist me. Unfortunately, the 1st person who tried to help couldn't even pick-up on the system that I had a 2nd policy. When I asked what the SLA was for my CANCELLATION ticket that was in another QUEUE - no answer could be provided ....

40 minutes later my own time, and 2 additional phone calls to me (6 minutes - connection failed) and then (2 minutes) I had the "senior advisor" Anda Tyaliti hang-up on me ... absolutely unacceptable and shockingly unprofessional behaviour. DON NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!
