Service requirements
I have a concern as a booked my vehicle for service with Hyundai Menlyn whom advised me that I will only receive my vehicle back 2 days later as they do not have an account with MVIA and can only receive my car back once they have pop which will take 2 days.
MVIA is by no means able to provide me with a list of dealerships that has accounts with them. I am not asking for a recommendation, only a list of suppliers that has accounts with MVIA.
I can unfortunately not take my vehicle to a dealership that can only provide it back 2 days later as it is my only means of transport. If NO list is available as i was informed by Phwo Jinta and Kaylin van Wyk, please advise what other alternative MVIA can provide me with to obtain my vehicle back on the same day.
Can MVIA pay me cash prior to taking my vehicle for service as that seems to be the only alternative. but according to the mentioned ladies there is nobody else i can speak to that can assist me in the entire MVIA.
Your assistance will be appreciated.

My vehicle has been in for service, the invoice was submitted timeously by the service provider as I have been following up on this myself. At first I was advised that the service provider did not put the correct address on the invoice and I informed them to correct it, I followed up and the correct invoice was submitted.
The cut off time is 13:30 I am now calling for a pop and is advised by Mishka that my claim is still in authorised state and not fully paid as yet. I can thus not receive my vehicle which leaves me stranded.
How is this ACCEPTABLE? I’m asking for reference and the surname of the agent and is being advised that she is not obligated to give me her surname. Why is this if they know that they have done all correctly?
