SERVICE PLAN IS A JOKE AND DOES NOT PAY FOR A PROPER SERVICE
Please check before taking a service plan with these people. My car has gone for 2 services now and both times I have to pay cause things are not covered. How can you not pay for spark plugs for a service. Then when you want to cancel you have to pay R1000 cancelation fee. My last service they paid for oil changes while we must pay out of pocket each time. Not worth it rather save the money every month

12 Aug 2025, 11:18Thanks for the call, lady was lovely but still a complete *******. My monthly installments is R350 and all you covered on my last service was R 1500 and that's me being generous. So for the year I pay R4200 and yet nothing is basically covered. I understand spark plugs is every 60 000km as as you say but if my car is at a RMI approved service provider and they say spark plugs must be changed surely you should consider it. My 1st claim was exactly the same. PEOPLE RATHER SAVE THE INSTALLMENT MONEY EVERY MONTH AND SEND YOU CAR FOR A FULL SERVICE WHEN DUE. When do you actually pay for a full service.
