Service not delivered as expected by MVIA insure

I jave service with MVIA insure. I am paying R332 monthly. According to the service plan my car will be serviced at 15000kl or 12montj whicj ever come first. My car went for a service last year Sep at 90000kl .they took time to approve the payments i jad to take it to the dealership tje next day. I notified the to say my car will be for the next service in two weeks tjey requested me ro email ttjem tje odometer and the service book. They emailed me to say my imsurance will increase to.R730 because my car will be serviced every nine month. I called them on the 29th of April.to ask for clarity the sales lady explained that i must upgrade first before they can serive my car for 105thousand kilos. And the service wiĺl proceed to 120 000. I told the lady that i cannot afford the service plan for R730 a month amd i also ask them cant they servuce my car For 105thoisands then i will see where to gow to service in 120 000 the lady rrsponded by saying i must pay R4000 first so that i can get help. I am so devastated and dissappointed becaise of MVIA . I really need help because the reason for me to dind the service it was because i cant afford to pay cash for my car service. I need help.
