Selling dreams to clients

MVIA is selling us dreams, when I took out the policy I was told that every component listed on the policy will be covered according to my policy limit. Fast forward I found myself in an unfortunate situation where I had to claim for my front wheel bearings and guys can I tell you that was the worst service I've ever experienced, MVIA authorized my claim to pay 1 wheel bearing and according to them 50% of the claim, 1stly my cover for bearings is R10k and they approved R3k and they said my bearings are wear and tear so they are paying 50%. How is R3000 50% of R10000 maybe my maths is wrong and they are saying claiming for your wheel bearings is considered as multiple claims...How is that 2 claims whereas wheel bearings come as a set, left and right, so now I just need to replace 1 bearing? How does that even make sense? No empathy or sense of urgency at that and my car is still sitting at the dealership to be fixed. Guys please do not fall for the ****, MVIA will do everything NOT to pay claims.
