Nonetheless, the client issues you with a service claim number, just to learn it actually means nothing. This company decides what you must charge for almost everything. Even declining spark plugs, as they are of the opinion replacement was not due. I am of the opinion they actually have no idea what the actual service of a vehicle entails.
