Requesting a refund

Very disappointed with their service. I am currently requesting a refund for premiums deducted from my account. The way they are stalling it's sickening. Their agents say there's a query by management, when I ask what the query is. They don't know. When I request to speak to management, apparently management doesn't take calls.

The refund process started on 26/27 June 2024 and to get feedback from them, I have to constantly make calls. Only to get a lame "there's a query".
