Refuse to provide service

The MVIA is not treating us fairly they are a ****, when you claim they tell you about outstanding amount once you get help for breakdown and fix the vehicle as you're in need of it to perform your daily work, I gave them all the prove of payments since they run away with a solution of how will they reimburse my loss as they failed to provide me with help when needed. They are giving me attitude, I asked them for recordings of the incidents they don't want to provide me they say it's not their problem, I lost the money due to them not providing me with service they promised to pay back my premiums it's on record not they don't want to even pay.
