Refund still Outstanidng

Zero Stars again. I still have not received the balance of my agreed refund. After posting on Hellopeter, I received a call from MVIA, full of apologies and assuring me the balance of the refund will be processed before the end of last week. Again, promises made and promises not kept. Still the balance of my refund is outstanding.
