Refund

I have a policy with MVIA Insure I have taken my car for service and I had to pay from my pocket because Land Rover only deal with the client. MVIA is suppose to refund me but they are playing mind games.

I received an email saying that they need an invoice from Land Rover as well as the receipt as proof of payment in order to assist with payment. I emailed both. They came back to say my proof of payment must be in pdf in order to assist with payment. I did that and emailed it back. Now they emailed me saying they need tax invoice in order to assist with payment. I think this is their way of not paying clients
