Poor service render by Motor Plan Direct Client services.

I cannot believe this, after 2 months of struggling to get through to client services, and yet another attempt to get hold of someone this morning, and various promises made, I am still waiting for a phone call for a maintenance plan quote. I spoke to 2 different sales agents, and the same promises are made, stating the manager will escalate to client services to get back to me, or the manager will go right over to client services to get them to call me right away. No promise on delivery.

I am trying give you more another added VAS, but doesnt seem like its important to retain clients.

Well I had calls from numerous client service agents. I managed to add an additional plan the 7000 service plus package. The last agent told me that his line manager has taken over the request and again no promises are kept!!! Line manager has not phoned me. I need clarity on if Wiper blades and brake pads are covered under this policy, cause I am getting conflicting answers. I also managed to pay the amount backdated from the policy inception. You guys really need to keep your promises. I am reading other clients complaints and it is making me very uneasy!!! Especially since I am a new client. Please get a senior manager to call me!!!!!

I got a really helpful call from a manager this morning — super friendly and clear. All my concerns have been sorted out now. Just to put this on record: the Service Plan Extra actually covers everything in the service, including wear‑and‑tear parts like brake pads and wiper blades. The process was explained properly too: first you send your Proof of Service and mileage to ***re, and then when you book your car at any RMI‑approved service center, the quotation must go to ***re.I just hope the claim approval process is as smooth as it sounds, because honestly, the reviews I’ve read are worrying. Hopefully these hiccups get fixed before my service — otherwise it won’t leave a good impression of the business.
