Poor service of Mvia insure.

I wish i first checked the reviews about this company before i jump trough with their service plan,i sent my car to the service company ,they only paid R1800 and there was no labour fee,i had to pay R2900 cash and the service was not completed,they never even sent me an email or any part of communication/explanation ,I decided to cancel it ,they never even bother themselves of asking me about their poor service,instead they jump to the conclusion of threatening me demanding a cancellation fee, this company acting like ****mers,how can you pay R1800 instead of R14000 and not even let the person know the reason???

Im still in the process of budgeting my money for a complete service.😡😡😡
