Poor service Motor plan direct. I'm not happy at all

I'm at car service city since earlier this morning around 8 o'clock. The workshop made claim online and nothing has been processed as yet no reply from the email. Next thing I will be told that the claim hours has passed yet I have arranged my things in order. I was even delayed to work hoping that I will get quick help boooooom motor plan direct isn't doing any justice to my claim. I called I'm sure more than 10 time, until I exhausted my minutes.
