Poor service from MVIA INSURE

Very poor service. They dont care about their customers. Their claim process is lengthy, poor communication, poor service altogether. I have logged a claim for my car to be serviced, i will be finishing a week soon and my car ia not booked for service. I made follow up through email and calls, they dont reply to emails, when i called i was told someone would call me back...i am still waiting even now.

I would advise against getting your service plan or warrary plan with MVIA INSURE.
