Poor Service

When need clients, you get a call within an hour of enquiry. Now a claim was submitted, after reaching a mutual agreement, to fix my car, the communication takes almost 24 hours, if not more. Regardless of loyalty and one claim in almost 5 years. It's disappointing, to say the least.
