Poor service and ****

I am very disappointed. This is the worst insurance that is not willing to pay as per agreement . Waste of money and rip-off. I booked a service with certain workshop and the authorization was not done as per agreement and I was supposed to pay the access fee.I decided to look for a reasonable workshop,amount was decreased and service was not done according to the agreement. Instead of paying R1900 as per first quotation,insurance authorized R1300 while I was debit R400 for more than 4 months
