Poor service
I would never recommend MVIA to anyone. My car broke down on the 22nd of October. Problem was gear linkage was worn out , the bush cost about R66 however MVIA is sending the workshop pillar to post for approval.
Two months without a car and still paying my premiums ..... This is just absurd and pathetic!

Still not happy with your service. My claim was declined after 49 days without a car. I am now stuck with R8000 bill or pay for storage amount of R7000. Where would I get such cash ? Why are we paying insurance if we will end up paying for mechanic breakdown .I need clarity on this claim , please someone must explain to me in details . This is not the first time ,previous claim was also declined.
