Poor service

I've been with them for 2yrs.At the beginning they were promising as they were good in service.But since last month,I requested a claim as usual,they take long to approve.I endedup paying for my car service ,which was a Minor service, payed R1000 cash,when I reported to them,expecting a refund nothing was done.All the paperwork they req ,were sent as proof of payments by the company that assisted me with the service, for the refund.Until to this day, no refund instead they come with all the excuses to avoid to pay me back.So I decided to cancel my contract with them.Now they expected R1000 from me for a cancelation.I.will not recommend this company.Failed to pay me R1000 for the Minor service that I payed cash.Now they want more from me on top of all the monthly deductions.
