POOR POOR SERVICE

I cancelled my 2 policies well in advanced on the 16th October for the SECOND time, still nearly R800 were debited from my bank account. I cannot reverse the transactions because it cos met R325.60 PER Transaction. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
