Poor customer service

To whom it may concern,

I am utterly disgusted in the way you process claims.

I have been contacting your call center since Wednesday, for authorization on a claim. My life has been inconvenienced because of your slow service delivery.

I have constantly had to chase after you with numerous calls enquiring on progress. I have been without a vehicle since Wednesday and still my claim has not been authorized.

I am utterly disappointed in your inability to assist clients speedily.
