What an unbelievable company. When taking out a contract, the sweetness and false security is evident. In the event of tyre replacement, contracts are breached. The contract clearly states that if you tyre has 8mm of life, they will pay 100% for the tyre going all the way down to 1mm. When claiming, they will not pay for tyres that have more than 50% life. 50% life is regarded as tyres greater or equal to 3.5mm of life. Burst tyres still need to be gauged and then they pay for the life and not the damaged tyre. When taking out this policy, that false sense of security is assured but when it comes time to pay, this company is pathetic. When contacting the disputes department, their turn around time to address the issue is first 5 working days and thereafter 21 working days while offering a high risk service. To sort out a dispute for tyres, the client must wait at least 21 working day? Had I known all of this, I would have never wasted my money on this company. I have already started legal action against this company for breach of contract. I could never recommend this company.
