Not happy at all

I joined the MVIA Warranty plan in May 2025 and all my premiums are up to date, vehicle has a full service history at a VW dealership and yesterday a first claim was sent to them for the replacement of a tensioner belt today I received a response that the claim is not covered repairs will be at my own expense. According to my understanding belt tensioner is a crucial component of an engine's accessory drive system and my cover with them for the engine is R40,000 the claim was for less than 4k and yet it was rejected. I am immediately cancelling this plan.
