Never signed the qoute

I am very disappointed I never signed and sent the qoute to them what I needed was the amendment of the quotation and vang month they deducted money from my bank and I called the company which till today they never called me with the findings what they are doing they are sending me to tell me to reactivate the contract which I never signed......this is a ****
