NEVER SIGN UP FOR MVIA INSURE, VERY POOR SERVICE...

There is something shady about this insurance company. Please do not consider joining this insurance or any of their services. Here is what you will receive:

1. It took me over 36 minutes to obtain assistance from their call center. After they answered me, they kept me waiting for another 20 minutes to receive certain documents. They then told me that they could not help me and I had to call back. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that I had wasted so much time and money.

2. You will never receive your claim payment, they take a long time to authorise your claim, and I suspect they ignore your emails and requests to submit a claim through their online platform. In my experience, they have never paid the full amount of claims that have been submitted.

In this regard, I recommend that you cancel your membership with MVIA if you are still a member and go with insurances such as Dotsure, which are very reliable. If you don't, you'll regret having paid so much in premiums and receive no service.
