My Policies Still Haven't Been Cancelled. This Company is The Blind Leading The Blind!!!

Still no contact from this useless company. Honestly can't understand how you guys are still in business. Yesterday I left a review, begging and pleading with MVIA to cancel my policies, I even left a reference number relating to my initial cancellation email. And what do you guys do? You escalate a query concerning the warranty rejection for which I've already paid for, out of my own pocket, no thanks to you, and which has already been escalated and rejected...hence the reason for me cancelling, for not wanting to throw my money into a black hole. I just want to have you dishonest donkeys out of my life for good.

Here are my policy numbers as well as the reference number for my cancellation: WARRPL-*** /SERVPL-*** [#***]. I know this is a stretch and beyond your collective intelligence, but please, please, PLEASE cancel everything immediately!!! I don't want a response from you stating how you are disappointed to hear this and that you are sorry for the inconvenience, I simply want my policies cancelled, and potentially a refund for the last 2 months, seeing as though my request for cancellation was done on March 18th (I am aware that that would be impossible, given the astonishingly poor service record of MVIA, so it is a hope in hell, but still a hope non-the-less, seeing as though I did actually request the cancellation and nothing has been done about it.)

Please cancel my policies.
