My partner has a service plan with MVIA, she has had issues with the service until i had to step in and try and resolve it on her behalf. We spoke to a lady called Siphokazi, what a breath of fresh air. She is exceptionally helpful and diligent, she was very meticulous in attending to out issue and managed to resolve an impasse that has been ongoing for quite sometime. Thank you Siphokazi! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
